New York Judge Dismisses Lesbian Students' Housing-Bias Lawsuit Against Yeshiva U.
A New York State judge has ruled that Yeshiva University's medical school can bar two lesbian students and their partners from living in campus-owned apartments for married students and their spouses.
Justice Franklin Weissberg last month dismissed the suit by Sara Levin and Maggie Jones against the university, which had denied them and their domestic partners access to housing that is set aside for married
