New York Attorney General Accuses Colleges of Deceiving Students on Their Loans
New York State's attorney general, Andrew M. Cuomo, said last week that he intended to sue a student-loan company, Education Finance Partners, alleging that it provided illegal kickbacks to colleges in exchange for steering students to the company.
