New Web Site Is Designed to Help History Teachers
Gerda Lerner -- the 78-year-old educator, author, and prominent scholar of women's history -- became an on-line presence a few months ago. Ms. Lerner dispensed advice using e-mail, talked about World-Wide Web sites for teachers, and stimulated conversations about why male students generally resist women's-history courses.
