New Rules for Program in GI Bill Seek to Ease Colleges' Concerns

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs is loosening many of the proposed requirements that some colleges feared might limit their ability to participate in a new federal program that helps veterans attend private colleges, graduate schools, and out-of-state public institutions.
