The Education Trust today released an annual set of reports that summarize the condition of education in the 50 states, the District of Columbia, and the nation as a whole. The documentation, “Education Watch 2006 State Summary Reports,” focus largely on elementary and secondary education, according to a news release issued by the trust, an independent research and advocacy organization based in Washington. The comparative data of interest to higher education include college-going and college-graduation rates.
