New Report Warns of the Dangers of Tuition Discounting
The growing practice of tuition discounting has led to more low-income undergraduates attending four-year private colleges and universities, but many institutions "have paid a steep price to reach this laudable goal," according to a report released last month by a private foundation with ties to a provider of educational loans.
