New Program Will Help Thai Graduate Students
The U.S. and Thai governments have announced a new U.S. program to help some Thai students to pursue graduate studies in the United States.
The one-year, $3-million grants package is intended to supplement one of the Thai government's overseas scholarship programs, which was suspended this year because of the country's economic downturn.
