Call it a game of legal chicken: Late Thursday afternoon, the attorney general of New Jersey filed a lawsuit against the Stevens Institute of Technology; its president, Harold J. Raveché; and the chairman of its Board of Trustees, Lawrence T. Babbio Jr.
