New Grants Program for Young Scientists in Europe; Tougher Policies for Course Auditors at Hebrew U.
National research organizations in Europe have approved a generous new program of research grants for young scientists.
Promoters said the program, which would be called the European Young Investigators Awards, will provide an average of $1.5-million over five years to winners. Thirty researchers are expected to win grants next year.
