New Biosecurity Board Ponders Limits on Research That Might Help Terrorists
Scientists and government officials must avoid censoring or blocking legitimate research on infectious diseases in the name of preventing terrorists from using those findings, said members of a federal advisory committee that held its first meeting late last month.
