Nevada Regents Fire a Community-College President but May Reconsider
The president of the Community College of Southern Nevada was fired from his job in November amid accusations of insubordination and improper hiring practices.
The Nevada Board of Regents voted 7 to 6 to remove Ronald K. Remington from the presidency and reassign him to the faculty, where he has tenure.
