Nebraska Probes Charges That Charity Tried to Force University to Leave Direct-Loan Program
The Nebraska Attorney General's Office announced last week that it is investigating charges that a charitable group withheld grants from needy students at the University of Nebraska at Lincoln to try to force the university from the federal direct-loan program.
