Nebraska Governor to Continue Efforts to Stem Brain Drain
Although he is leaving office in January, Gov. Ben Nelson of Nebraska won't be abandoning his efforts to stanch his state's "brain drain."
Instead, Mr. Nelson intends to set up and oversee a private endowment that will provide Nebraska college students with financial incentives to remain in the state after they graduate.
