Nebraska Charity Found to Misuse Student-Loan Funds
The Nebraska Attorney General's office has found that a charitable foundation set up to aid needy Nebraskans was unfairly denying grants to students at the University of Nebraska at Lincoln as a way to punish the university for participating in the federal direct-loan program.
