National Group for Black Colleges Hires Washington Lobbyist
Lobbyist Watch:
Angling to become a contender on Capitol Hill, a national group of black colleges has hired its first Washington lobbying firm for help in the annual Congressional appropriations slugfest.
The National Association for Equal Opportunity in Higher Education has signed with Van Scoyoc Associates Inc., whose clients include Tulane University and the University of Connecticut.
