National Archives Names Finalists for Creation of Electronic-Records System
The National Archives and Records Administration announced last week that it had chosen two teams of companies to produce competing designs for a system that will preserve the federal government's electronic records in the face of changes in computer hardware and software.
The two teams are led by the Government Communications Systems Division of the Harris Corporation and the Transportation and Security Solutions Division of the Lockheed Martin Corporation.
