N.Y. Fire Department to Help Create Online Program in Homeland Security
A small proprietary college in California has struck a deal with the New York City Fire Department to provide online courses to firefighters so they can earn associate degrees in homeland security.
In addition, fire instructors for the fire department plan to work with the college to develop an online curriculum for bachelor's degrees in homeland security and to teach some courses as adjunct online faculty members.
