N.Y. Attorney General to Investigate Athletics Programs' Student-Loan Practices
Andrew M. Cuomo, New York State's attorney general, announced last week that he planned to investigate whether more than three dozen college athletics departments, including some of the country's most prominent programs, arranged loans for students in exchange for financial kickbacks.
