NSF Head Doesn't Want to Oversee Technology Program for Minority Colleges
The director of the National Science Foundation said this month that she does not support a bill that would make the agency the overseer of a $250-million effort for minority-serving colleges to improve their computer systems, because the bill would divert money from the agency's other information-technology projects.
