NSF Has Plan to Improve 'Cyberinfrastructure,' but Agency's Director Gives Few Details
The head of the National Science Foundation said last week that his agency had devised a strategy to bolster the nation's "cyberinfrastructure," including that of colleges and universities, though he divulged few details.
