NLRB Strikes Down Arbitration Requirement for Employees of 2 Florida Universities
The owner of two private, nonprofit Florida universities violated federal labor law by demanding that its employees sign an overly restrictive arbitration agreement and firing a graduate admissions counselor who refused to do so, a National Labor Relations Board judge has ruled.
