N.J. Court Rejects Gay Student's Bias Suit Against Seton Hall
A New Jersey appeals court has dismissed a lawsuit in which a gay student accused Seton Hall University of violating the state's antidiscrimination law by refusing to formally recognize a gay-awareness and support group he had founded.
