N.J. Court Allows Rutgers Athletes to Sue Over Being Forced to Run Naked
By ALEX P. KELLOGGTwo former Rutgers University basketball players and a team manager who say they were humiliated when forced to run naked during a 1997 practice can sue their former coaches for violating their civil rights, a New Jersey appeals court has ruled.
