NIH Would Post Free Online Papers
The National Institutes of Health released a draft proposal this month that would require researchers who receive NIH grants to provide the agency with electronic copies of final reports on their study results, to be posted online in an archive that is free to all. Researchers would provide the NIH with their reports upon acceptance for publication.
