NIH Proceeds With On-Line Archive for Papers in the Life Sciences
Agency says its controversial plan will remove barriers to sharing research findings
The National Institutes of Health announced last week that it would proceed with creating a controversial on-line archive of scholarly papers in the life sciences that will be freely available to all.
