NCAA Declares Skier Ineligible for Football

A world-class skier will not be allowed to play football for the University of Colorado at Boulder, the National Collegiate Athletic Association ruled in August. The skier, Jeremy Bloom, has been battling the association for the past three years over its ban on athletes who sign endorsement contracts.
