NASA Seeks to Build Ties With Research Universities
Usually, colleges lobby government agencies -- and members of Congress -- for research funds. One agency is now aggressively wooing universities.
The National Aeronautics and Space Administration is sponsoring a one-day conference at its Washington headquarters on October 19.
