NASA Revokes $4.8-Million in Research Grants, Then Restores Them
It was all a mistake.
That's what the National Aeronautics and Space Administration told scientists last month days after informing them that it was rescinding a total of $4.8-million in grants for 55 research projects that the agency had previously pledged to finance.
