NASA Nominee Is Critic of Space-Station Costs
President Bush's choice to lead the National Aeronautics and Space Administration is no rocket scientist.
But the nominee, Sean O'Keefe, does know his way around a balance sheet -- an important skill for any agency head.
Mr. O'Keefe, tapped by President Bush this month, is deputy director of the White House Office of Management and Budget, and a professor of business and government policy at Syracuse University.
If confirmed by the Senate, Mr. O'Keefe would succeed Daniel
