Music Download Service Opens to All College Students
Ruckus, a legal music- and movie-download service that has catered to colleges on a campus-by-campus basis, will open its song library to college students across the country, company officials announced last week.
Previously the company had restricted its music archive to students at colleges that had signed deals to make the service available campuswide. The archive includes more than two million songs, according to company officials. Students can listen to those songs free but must
