Mt. Sinai Medical School Gets $75-Million Pledge
The Mount Sinai School of Medicine has announced that a long-time trustee and his family have pledged $75-million, the largest single gift in the history of the New York City institution.
The school will use $50-million of the gift from the Frederick and Sharon Klingenstein Fund to establish an institute for scientific research. Mr. Klingenstein is a former chairman of the boards that govern Mount Sinai's medical school and hospital, and has been a board
