Mothers Against Drunk Driving Has a New Target: Binge Drinking by Students

Mothers Against Drunk Driving, which has preached its anti-alcohol message in high schools since 1980, is now taking aim at binge drinking on college campuses.

The organization announced a sweeping set of recommendations this month at Boston University, which recently formed the first college-student chapter of MADD, as many students around the country prepare for the wild abandon of spring break.
