Motherhood, Apple Pie, and Election Fraud
As this article goes to press, the safe bet is that George W. Bush will be inaugurated as president once more in January. After all, he commands a popular-vote margin of about 3.5 million, and with Ohio in his column, a 286-to-252 lead in electoral votes. Appointments of new cabinet members and rumors of possible Supreme Court nominees fill the air, and the Democrats are pondering how they can recover by 2008.
