More Reform Needed at NCAA

I read with great interest Brad Wolverton's "The New Face of Enforcement" (The Chronicle, November 11). As a person who is intimately familiar with the process and the players, I am pleased to see someone like Julie Roe as a director of enforcement at the National Collegiate Athletic Association.
