More College Leaders Sign Climate Pledge

As President Bush and members of Congress argue over how to combat global warming, American leaders of higher education are pledging to forge ahead with concrete steps to make their campuses "climate neutral" as soon as possible. At a ceremony last week, 70 college presidents and chancellors signed the Presidents Climate Commitment, joining 284 presidents, representing institutions with a total enrollment of two million students in 45 states.
