Modifying Genes of Plants

It's all very well for Henry I. Miller to blithely write of ... "extremism" in his description of the opposition to genetically modified agricultural produce and the public's wariness about biotechnology in general ("Combating Pathological Opposition to Gene Splicing," Opinion, February 4).
