Misconduct Allegations Taken Seriously at Davis
To the Editor:
"Science Ethics Rules Leave Room for Scandals, Critics Fear" (The Chronicle, July 20) leaves the impression that the University of California at Davis does not properly investigate allegations of misconduct or conflict of interest. This is not true. It also unnecessarily tarnishes the reputation of a respected University of California faculty member.
