Microsoft and British Publisher to Collaborate on Dictionary of 'World English'
Microsoft has joined forces with a British publisher, Bloomsbury Publishing, to create a new dictionary of "world English" that will be sold in both printed and electronic formats.
The companies said the dictionary would reflect English "as the language of the world" and the one in which 80 per cent of the world's computer-based communications takes place. Created with contributions from more than 250
