Mexico's Supreme Court Agrees to Review Genocide Charges

In a decision that will have major implications for other human-rights cases here, Mexico's Supreme Court has agreed to review genocide charges against the former president Luis Echeverría and other ex-officials accused of ordering the massacre of dozens of student protesters in 1971.
