Mexico's President Delivers Online Commencement Address to Distance-Education Graduates
Students graduating from Jones International University this year can brag about their commencement speaker -- Vicente Fox, the president of Mexico -- even though the guest of honor didn't join the graduates in their chat room after the ceremony.
