Mexicans Cross the Border for College

El Paso, Texas -- While many of their neighbors in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico, are still asleep, Maria, Rosa Lili, and Jesus Chee pile into their car and head for the U.S. border, their watches already set back an hour for El Paso time.

After a trip that can take an hour and 40 minutes if traffic is backed up, they arrive at the University of Texas campus here, ready to begin a day of studies.
