Mexican Judge Blocks Prosecution of Former President for 1968 Massacre of Students
A Mexican judge has refused to issue arrest warrants for the country's former president, Luis Echeverría, and other former officials accused of genocide in the 1968 massacre of student protesters in Mexico City.
