Members of the Administration, Faculty, and Staff Need to Respect Each Other

Richard D. Breslin's "Lessons From the Presidential Trenches" (The Review, November 10) neatly summarized nearly every issue of contention between administration and faculty. ... Breslin shows all of us how far apart faculty and administration have drifted. Let me suggest how some of Breslin's specific issues interact, with negative synergistic effects.
