Meeting Educational Need in Maryland

I compliment Peter Schmidt on the objectivity of his article "Battle Over New Ph.D. Programs Divides Maryland Universities" (June 16). Also, I would like to put in context the comment about Towson University faculty members' participating in collaborative programming with Morgan State University.
