War is hell, but war games can be fun -- just ask a retired combat general.
A former top Vietnamese military leader surprised Paul H. Rohrbaugh, a librarian at Youngstown State University, in Ohio, by buying 100 copies of a board game Mr. Rohrbaugh had created.
