What's happening: Many colleges have extinct mascots. TCU doesn't want to be one of them.
The details: Horned frogs are, in reality, horned lizards, and the spiny reptile's population in Texas has been declining for 30 years. The reason is unknown, but environmentalists at the university are trying to ensure the creature's future. The Fort Worth Zoo has 20 to 25 adult horned lizards it plans to
