Many Financial Officers Hunt for Big Pay Raises
Many college chief financial officers say they are seeking jobs and expecting hefty pay increases from their next employer, a survey shows.
Of the 578 CFO's who responded to an online survey in April, 35 percent said they were looking for new jobs now or expected to do so within a year. Twenty-six percent said they expected to take new jobs within two to three years.
