Many Community Colleges Do Not Offer Federal Student Loans, Study Finds
At least one million community-college students are denied access to federally guaranteed student loans because their institutions do not participate in the federal programs, according to a report released last week by the Project on Student Debt, a nonprofit advocacy group.
