Management 6056, 'Electronic Commerce,' at Georgia Tech
Every business school worth its salt is offering a course on "e-commerce" these days. But Frederick J. Riggins first designed his graduate course for 25 students at Georgia Tech in 1996, making him a pioneer in this burgeoning discipline. Demand has grown steadily. Mr. Riggins, an assistant professor of information-technology management, now teaches the course twice a year, and attracts at least 60 students a semester.
