Making It Easier for Students to Move From High School to College
To the Editor:
Gov. Mark Warner's proposal to give high-school seniors the opportunity to earn college credits is an educational win-win: While helping reduce a student's college expenses, it would also provide a much-needed fix for the lack of learning opportunities that characterizes many a senior year ("Va. Governor Wants to Inject College Into the Senior Year of High School," October 31).
